"Neither hide nor hair" is the expression, but this chair has a little of both. The leather has a mottled look to show the vagaries of the tanning process. In some places, the chair fabric is still wearing tufts of hair. The outside of the chair body is covered in buffalo hide. The edging of this western style chair is highlighted with nail head. The seat cushion is stuffed with down. Bring your own lasso.
