Ten years after the Civil War ended, this German mantel clock chimed for the first time and has chimed many times since. The case on this 1875 Greek Revival style clock retains its original finish. The movement and dial are also original. The gong and pendulum have been replaced. Guaranteed for one year, it's been reconditioned and restored by a master clockmaker with 40 years experience.
