Handcrafted at a small woodworking shop in northern Massachusetts, the seat on this rustic settee is made with birch saplings. The mural on the settee's back is solid cherry, with its white ponies fashioned from birch. Solid brass brads and red birch twiggs accent the mural. The piece is finished with exterior-grade spar varnish. While built for outdoor use, this piece should be stored indoors during the harshest winter months, according to the builder.
