Before there were refrigerators and iceboxes, there were pie safes, which kept baked goods out of the reach of hungry mice and other creepy-crawlies. This pie safe has six tin panels on its front, with three shelves inside and two top drawers. For an additional $100, a bottom drawer can be added. Wood options are cherry or walnut. Shown with a clear finish, it can also be ordered with a distressed, painted finish.
