When not in use, this space-saving wall bed stashes neatly away and uses only 16" (depth) of floor area. The folding mechanism is spring loaded and can be adjusted to compensate for the weight of your mattress. The cabinet is made with selected solid wood and furniture grade plywood. The kit is shipped "ready to assemble" and the manufacturer estimates that assembly and installation will take about two hours (or less). The kit includes all hardware, wood cabinet, side cabinets and mattress. Available in 14 finishes or unfinished (and ready to stain).
