"Refined rustic" is how the manufacturer describes this handcrafted bench. Built using antique planes, axes, spoke shaves and other vintage tools, the bench can be custom ordered in almost any size. It's built with reclaimed Osage Orange, a hard wood which is naturally decay resistant. All lumber is kiln dried (to kill the nasty little wood-eating bugs). This piece is handbuffed to achieve a high gloss shine, but can also be ordered without finishing oils and stains.
