Tuck yourself into bed at night and then tuck your bed away in the morning. This wallbed mechanism is a kit that can be used to create your own wall bed. Kits for vertical or horizontal configurations are available. Using a piston-lift system, the bed lifts off the floor and stows neatly inside into a customer-built wooden cabinet (which is not included in the kit). The wallbed mechanism weighs less than 10 pounds and includes templates and detailed instructions (video and written) for building the basic frame cabinet and installing the hardware. The mechanism works with twin, full, or queen size mattresses.
